Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers to define and deliver on key business and product development strategies
- Coach and support scrum master's and team members in use of agile software development best practices
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, Report on jeopardies, concerns and items for discussion during weekly project status update meeting
- Plan and facilitate agile software development meetings, including sprint planning, kickoff, demo and retrospective
- Identify and manage project risks, communicate with stakeholders, develop and execute risk mitigation plans
- Leverage AI to improve communication, project organization, and project reporting

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master
- Experience project managing / leading custom software development efforts
- Experience motivating and leading multi-functional teams in the delivery of complex solutions
- Experience working with both onshore and offshore agile software development teams
- Experience and proficiency using project management software such as Rally or JIRA
- Understanding of infrastructure, network, and technology terminology and concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be a "driver" with a result-driven mindset
