Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ATG Operational Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for Oracle ATG Commerce platforms. This role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of ATG-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ATG commerce systems, production support, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 operational support for ATG-based applications, ensuring uptime and stability.
Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts using tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or similar.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
Manage and support deployments, releases, and patches for ATG applications.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve application issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
Work within incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure compliance with SLAs.
Provide on-call support during off-hours/weekends as needed.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ATG Commerce (Dynamo, BCC, CSC, CRS, etc.)
Proficiency in Java/J2EE with good understanding of ATG architecture.
Experience in application servers (WebLogic/JBoss) and deployment processes.
Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ability to write/debug queries.
Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for hosting ATG applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to microservices and integration with third-party systems.
Familiarity with Commerce Tools, CDM, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
