The Senior Audit Support Analyst supports the mortgage servicing business line by coordinating all activities related to internal audits, external audits, regulatory examinations, investor reviews, and other control-based reviews. This role is responsible for managing and fulfilling audit documentation and artifact requests, facilitating communication between examiners and servicing business line management, and ensuring all responses are submitted accurately, completely, and on time in accordance with examiner instructions.
This individual also coordinates servicing leadership responses to audit findings, including rebuttal packages and management action plans, and tracks the timely completion of remediation activities through closure. The role requires strong mortgage servicing operational knowledge, disciplined execution, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly regulated environment.
