We are seeking a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Postman, Selenium, and Robot Framework
- Perform a range of testing types, including manual (exploratory, regression, UAT) and automated (API, performance, security) to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Set up and manage test environments, test data, and test automation pipelines.
- Participate in test planning, risk assessment, and prioritization of testing efforts to align with project goals and deadlines.
- Promote a quality-first culture by providing feedback during backlog grooming, code reviews, and design discussions
- Document test results, defects, and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years managing test cases and working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Experience designing and executing automated tests for web applications and APIs.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or Cypress. Familiarity with tools like JMeter, K6, Cucumber, and SoapUI.
- Experience configuring CI/CD testing pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps is desirable.
- Experience testing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.
- Strong communication, analytical, and debugging skills.
