JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as the AVP of Pay TV Product & GTM Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pay TV residential product portfolio, driving product strategy, and ensuring successful execution. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and have a passion for shaping innovative products, this role is for you!What you’ll do:- Product Portfolio Management:
- Manage the Pay TV residential product portfolio, including existing offerings and new product development.
- Conduct research to deeply understand consumer needs and stay informed about industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for new products or services based on market insights.
- Product Strategy:
- Develop a product strategy aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Define a long-term vision for the product and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Pricing and Revenue Optimization:
- Establish pricing models that maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
- Work closely with finance and content teams to achieve optimal pricing strategies.
- Product Roadmap Ownership:
- Create and own the product roadmap, outlining strategic initiatives and key milestones.
- Define success metrics for product launches and ongoing performance.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with technology teams to define product requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to promote and position products effectively across channels.
- Subject Matter Expert:
- Act as the go-to person for all matters related to the Pay TV product.
- Provide expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in proactively managing and leading product initiatives and you have worked in a consumer led organisation, preferably within the media industry.
