BA Principal Lead

Ciklum is looking for a BA Principal Lead to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a BA Principal Lead, you will join a high-performing, cross-functional development team dedicated to engineering the digital experiences of tomorrow. You will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale business transformations, system integrations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) programs.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen in the Salesforce ecosystem, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to harmonize people, processes, and tools across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to extract, analyze, map, and document complex business requirements
  • Translate high-level business visions into actionable, technical realities for cross-functional engineering teams
  • Drive alignment across diverse business units during organizational integration and change initiatives
• Salesforce Ecosystem & Technical Analysis
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce Sales capabilities to architect modern business solutions
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis, field-level mapping, and dependency mapping across complex enterprise systems
  • Lead and support complex Salesforce org migration activities and architecture consolidations
• Agile Delivery & Application Lifecycle Management (ALM):
  • Champion Agile Scrum methodologies and champion best-in-class ALM practices
  • Take full ownership of creating, refining, and managing high-quality technical user stories and comprehensive requirements documentation within Jira
  • Act as the bridge between business needs and technical sprints, ensuring clear acceptance criteria are established
• Process Optimization & Enablement
  • Design and execute business process mapping and workflow optimization strategies to eliminate operational friction
  • Facilitate operational enablement, ensuring end-users and business units are successfully onboarded to new tools and processes post-integration

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Consultant within large-scale enterprise environments
• Program History: A proven track record of working on large-scale business transformations, complex integrations, or M&A programs
• Salesforce Expertise: Strong technical and functional understanding of the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and next-gen Agentforce Sales capabilities
• Agile Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Agile Scrum and ALM practices, with hands-on proficiency in Jira for backlog grooming and user story management
• Data & Migration Skills: Proven ability to handle complex data structures, including field-level mapping and org migration execution
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide senior stakeholders through organizational change
