We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Caching, and Multithreading. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end technical solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.
- Architect, build, and enhance microservices-based systems using Spring Boot.
- Drive performance optimization using effective caching strategies.
- Implement robust and efficient multithreading and concurrency mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.
- Strong expertise in Core Java (7+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
- Expertise in Caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast, etc.)
- Solid understanding and practical experience in Multithreading & Concurrency
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design knowledge
- Experience with REST APIs, design patterns, and cloud integration
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
