Job Responsibility
- Leading business application development
- Setup and Formalize Development repeatable model for project deliveries
- Engage with regional teams to understand definition of done from development delivery perspective and channelize its adoption and deliveries within project
- Engage with various project teams, communicate and establish execution plan
Required Skills & Experiences (must have)
- Out of total experience minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification development
- Should have experience for working insurance domain with minimum 5 years
- Experience of working for policy administration system
- Experience of supporting technical teams size of 4-6
- Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global
Must Have experience
- Experience of Life Insurance
- Development system specification for policy administration system
- Project lead capabilities
- Japanese bilingual
Preferred
- Knowledge of single premium, life / annuity insurance is a plus
- Knowledge of Policy Admin System
