Mirakl is seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to head our EMEA Business Development Representative (BDR) teams. Reporting directly to the EMEA CRO and as a member of the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving Mirakl’s pipeline generation strategy, leveraging the latest AI methodologies, and shaping the future of our go-to-market approach. - Lead the EMEA BDR teams end-to-end, covering quota attainment, business management, and enablement.
- Report into the EMEA CRO; serve on the EMEA senior leadership team, owning departmental strategy and budgeting.
- Leverage AI to boost BDR efficiency and impact.
- Drive change management to roll out AI-based methodologies as market practices evolve.
- Coach BDRs and set clear guidelines to design and execute pipeline generation strategies.
- Ensure team enablement on value selling; continuously identify and roll out field-proven best practices.
- Build, monitor, and iterate lead generation plans by geography, product, and segment.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and Operations to execute GTM motions.
- Own the EMEA pipeline generation target; define annual territories and distribute targets across teams.
- Track business and productivity metrics; run weekly performance reviews and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Mirakl’s products and services; innovate new ways to address customer needs and unlock opportunities.
- Lead by example: participate in key marketing events and prospect directly to identify new opportunities.
- Education & language: Master’s (or equivalent) and fluency in French and English.
- Experience: 2+ years leading a Business Development team in SaaS/High Tech (eCommerce is a plus). Hands-on Sales/BD background; you’ve done the role.
- Leadership: Hire, coach, and develop early‑career talent; manage performance and growth.
- Operations: Build cadences, KPIs, and playbooks; data‑driven pipeline diagnostics and forecasting.
- Strategy & communication: Executive presence; clear storyteller and presenter on complex topics.
- Agility: Thrive in fast‑paced environments; curious, adaptable, and up to date on trends/best practices.
- Cultural fluency: Strong understanding of regional market nuances.
- Transformative AI: Implemented AI‑based methodologies (e.g., scoring/routing, conversational intelligence, coaching).
- Domain: Exposure to eCommerce or marketplace ecosystems.
