BI - Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
• Create and manage Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.
• Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the financial services industry.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Big Query.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Domain expertise in Sanctions is highly preferred. If not, experience in Compliance, Risk, and/or Financial Crimes is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
