About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Responsibilities:
- Use AI capabilities to optimize workflows, optimize efficiency, generate code and test cases, tune performance, listen to user feedback, summarize user problems, build better products, etc.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to turn business requirements into intuitive, production-grade web and mobile apps.
- Design, build, and maintain applications across Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java), delivering features to millions of global users.
- Work closely with backend engineers to design scalable APIs and ensure seamless integration with high-performance systems.
- Contribute to frameworks and reusable components (React, Jetpack, MVVM, Material Design), setting standards for future development.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, backed by strong code reviews, automated tests, and performance profiling.
- Debug and solve complex technical issues, optimize performance across devices and platforms, and deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences.
- Document design decisions, architecture choices, and development processes to support collaboration and scalability.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in React; exposure to modern tooling like Tailwind, Rspack is a plus.
- Familiar with Android development (Kotlin/Java), Android Studio, and core components (Activities, Fragments); knowledge of Jetpack/MVVM preferred.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals; experience integrating with REST APIs/Retrofit is highly valued.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
- Practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows (coding assistants, automated debugging, intelligent test case creation, performance analysis).
- Passion for cutting-edge technology, eager to explore how AI can be applied to large-scale engineering challenges.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international engineering environment.
- Dual-track experience across Web (React) and Mobile (Android).
