About The Role
We are looking for a diligent and organized BPO Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a crucial part of our business process outsourcing strategy, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring seamless workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and coordinating tasks for maximum productivity. What You'll Do
- Ensure effective coordination and communication between in-house teams and outsourcing vendors.
- Monitor and manage operational workflows to meet quality standards and performance metrics.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges or escalations in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a BPO or operations coordination role.

- Familiarity with business process outsourcing practices and protocols.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights for process improvements.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
