At Kendago, we're looking for a Brand Performance Manager to join our Conversion Optimization (CRO) team and lead the performance strategy for some of our top direct-to-consumer brands.

This isn’t your average brand role – here, brand success is measured by results: CVR, AOV, retention, and engagement across the funnel. You'll work at the intersection of brand storytelling, data-driven experimentation, and full-funnel optimization to ensure users not only stay in the journey – but convert.

Working Remotely as a contractor.


Requirements
  • BA/Sc. in a relevant field
  • 3+ years in Marketing/ Brand management
  • Business minded, creative and out of the box thinker.
  • Well organized, responsible and multi-task capabilities.
  • Analytical skills, including an understanding of experimental test design, audience segmentation, tracking, and interpreting results
  • Independent, Self-motivated, Curious, Detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the overall picture and challenge the traditional path.
  • Humble, team player, project manager oriented.
  • Solid understanding of testing approaches including A|B tests.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in holistic growth planning – research, forecasting, planning, execution, and performance analysis .
  • Solid understanding of the online advertising world .

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

Own the end-to-end marketing funnel for multiple D2C brands – from first ad click to final purchase.

Analyze user journeys, identify drop-offs, and drive A/B & multivariate testing to improve key metrics.

Lead holistic brand performance strategy combining messaging, design, user behavior, and conversion insights.

Collaborate closely with creative, media buying, analytics, and development teams.

Translate market research and user data into actionable hypotheses and experiments.

Stay updated on CRO trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to elevate performance.
