Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly analytical Data & Insights Analyst to join our Global Operations Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating critical operational insights and developing robust Business Intelligence (BI) reports that drive efficiency and team effectiveness. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in data storytelling will directly contribute to operational excellence by identifying key trends and streamlining workflows.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor performance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide essential operational insights for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with team leads, managers, and project stakeholders to understand data requirements and create interactive, visually compelling dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and Tableau to deliver actionable, holistic views of performance.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or regulations by conducting thorough trend analysis, root cause analysis, and correlation studies to recommend initiatives that enhance team productivity and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-9 years of proven experience in an analytics or reporting domain/field.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Reporting, Dashboard creation, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and Tableau.

  • Proven ability in data interpretation and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable way.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field, with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (preferred).

  • Shifts will be 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (India Standard Time).

  • Location is Work From Office at Bagmane World Technology Centre, Bangalore.
