We are looking for a data-driven, commercially minded professional to join our Commercial Insights team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Service Group teams to unlock profitable growth through actionable insights, robust analytics, and process discipline. • Drive Growth Through Insight: Support Sales and Service teams with standardized commercial analysis to identify opportunities across regions and service lines.

• Leverage Data for Strategy: Maintain and enhance our installed base database to uncover white spots, underserved markets, and growth potential.

• Ensure CRM Excellence: Safeguard data integrity in D365 by managing account ownership, opportunity alignment, and pipeline accuracy.

• Optimize Forecasting: Monitor pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and support conversions from forecast to order intake in collaboration with Sales Managers.

• Analyze Profitability Performance: Track gross margin trends, discount behavior, and price realization to identify improvement levers.

• Deliver Actionable Insights: Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and performance gaps.

• Standardize Reporting: Champion the adoption of Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for “one version of the truth.”

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Service, and Finance to align forecasts, pricing, and performance metrics across CRM, ERP, and reporting systems.

• Improved pipeline quality and forecast accuracy

• High adoption of standardized dashboards and reporting tools

• Energetic and eager to make an impact, with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving commercial excellence.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems (preferably D365) and BI tools (Power BI).

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for commercial teams.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions.

• Attention to detail and commitment to process discipline
