This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Create powerful insights and recommendations on business performance and process improvement opportunities using data-driven process mining tools. You will engage deeply with cutting edge Process Mining Tools to establish new ways of accelerating insight and impact across a wide variety of operational activities and transaction data, while collaborating seamlessly with our business analysts, data scientists, and future process engineers to drive meaningful business improvements.
Demonstrated mastery in data analytics, process engineering, project management and executive communications with subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Define objectives and key metrics. Drives business requirement and insights development. Close interaction with Business Analysts and Process Engineering. Drive executive scorecards and Demonstrations. Define and build all required dashboards and analyses using Celonis Process Mining Tools. Translate data into actionable insights. Assure focus on operational use cases which users need for daily value-generation
Lead & develop Process Mining Business Cases, insights, critical to quality criteria, and root cause analysis. Drive data setup, insights, improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions for transformative projects. Assess opportunity, develop ROI, and recommend data-driven opportunities to materially improve the performance of Functions, BU's and HPE overall. Strong organizational skills and communications are required, including transforming process engineer data specs into intuitive visual data representations for executives and subject matter experts.

Thrives in working in environments with poor definition where you will need to test data and recommend actions. Strong organizational skills are required.
May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Management Level Definition:
Unique mastery of data and process analysis. Transforming business requirements and process KPIs into root cause analysis, CTQ prioritization, use cases and data requirements. Drive those project plans into the process mining design for data transformation, visualizations and process mining analysis. All with the goal of clearly communicating the current state and recommend where/ how to investigate suspect causes, insights, and recommendations to achieve an industry leading future state.

What you’ll do:

Manages and leads key initiatives involving multiple functions and program teams to drive Business Process Mining insights, data analysis, and insight communications for process improvement of multiple products or service offerings, processes and customers for a Business Unit.

Directs the development of projects for the Business Process Mining tool (deliver process improvement insights, process improvement strategy, project resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the assignments).

Collaborates very effectively to deliver value, solve problems and overcome roadblocks with the Business leads (Senior Analyst and Process engineer) – and the technical leads (Process Mining technical group and IT owners of the source data. Assures alignment between the business improvement deliverables and the technical data constraints.

Manages Process Mining activities in supporting program teams and internal and external partners; ensures alignment with project strategy and responsibility for delivering to the overall initiative and resource management.

Lead business value discussions and use Process Mining Tools to identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement. Create user-stories and drive technical delivery, requirements, prioritization and use cases

Lead cross-functional engagement to define problem statements, understand key KPIs, and make solution recommendations. Create and drive delivery roadmap, MVP goals and timeline.

Build business cases and ROI calculations, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices. Use data to derive root causes; quantify business impacts;

Present proposals, formulate solutions, implementation progress, and present results to senior stakeholders, business & IT teams.

Design, implement, test and validate all dashboards, analyses and reports within process mining tools. Support Business during solution adoption (e.g., driving Demo, training, or executive scorecards)

Expand your use case and capability knowledge using the latest features and functionalities of the platform

Drive product development and demonstrations.

Define, develop and implement “measure & control” current process performance measures from the process mining tools.

Drives innovation and integration of process mining technology and other new technologies and quality initiatives into process improvement projects and activities in the organization.

Reviews and evaluates plans and guidelines for compliance with process improvement guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall process improvement quality and results for the organization.

Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of process improvement, innovation and excellence.
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience :

Lean Six Sigma (Black belt) or other Quality certification required

Proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives

Strong communication and presentation skills

Bring strong analytical skills and business acumen, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems

Experience with SQL and Python

Process Mining Tools experience, especially with Celonis, is strongly preferred

Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred

Typically 10+ years experience.
Knowledge and Skills:

Experience designing and developing data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.

Experience in root cause analysis, lean six sigma investigations

Experience with industry standard process mining tools and data driven process improvement and process design methodologies

Excellent analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.

Extensive expertise in industry quality standards and methodologies,

Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of empirical and root-cause analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to identify areas for process improvement.,
