We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform and associated sales technologies. This role will ensure seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce with tools such as Outreach, People.ai, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The Salesforce Administrator will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve system performance, and drive process automation. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in supporting a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Serve as the administrator for Salesforce, managing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and overall system health.
- Handle user administration (profiles, roles, permissions, access)
- Customize objects, record types, page layouts, fields, and validation rules.
- Build and optimize declarative automation using Flows
- Manage onboarding and off boarding of users on the Salesforce platform and other Sales Technologies.
- Monitor the usage and utilization of various tools and take appropriate actions in case of lower performance.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards for multiple teams
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with third-party tools
- Maintain data hygiene through deduplication, enrichment, and lead list uploads
- Proactively identify and implement workflow/process improvements
- Conduct regular audits and security reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required; Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, system architecture, and data model.
- Hands-on experience with sales technologies like Outreach, People.ai, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in creating and managing complex reports and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of data management, including data imports/exports, deduplication, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, or AppExchange apps).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users at various skill levels.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
