Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Retail Pricing, and Merchandising domains. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive the successful delivery of pricing optimization, inventory management, assortment planning, merchandising, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of retail operations, demand planning, inventory management, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to supply chain, pricing, and merchandising initiatives.

· Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to capture functional and non-functional requirements.

· Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

· Translate business requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

· Support initiatives involving:

o Pricing strategy and optimization

o Promotional planning and discount management

o Merchandise assortment planning

o Inventory optimization

o Demand forecasting and replenishment

o Supply chain visibility and logistics processes

· Perform data analysis to identify trends, business impacts, and decision-making insights.

· Facilitate UAT planning, test case validation, and stakeholder sign-offs.

· Track project risks, dependencies, and requirement changes.

· Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

Business Analysis

· 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise-scale programs.

· Strong requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

· Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Gap Analysis.

Domain Expertise

· Strong understanding of Retail and Supply Chain processes.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Retail organizations supporting Merchandising, Pricing, or Supply Chain functions.

· Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM), ERP, OMS, WMS, or Pricing platforms.

· Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

· Certification in CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
