Job Summary As a mid-level Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and business objectives. You’ll evaluate processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that help our platform run more efficiently.
What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Business Analyst…
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements.
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Create documentation (user stories, process flow diagrams, etc.).
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to clarify requirements.
- Measure impact of implemented solutions and optimize further.
- Keep updated with industry trends to suggest innovative approaches.
What we’re looking for…
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills.
