About the Role:
Responsibilities
- Analyze stakeholder and customer requirements to design new changes and enhancements for the suite of validation modules and features.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to interpret requirements, identify functional gaps, and propose feasible workarounds when appropriate.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with product and engineering teams to provide analytical insights and support the generation of product improvement ideas.
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation and provide ongoing clarification to engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain effective verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.
- Own and maintain core documentation such as User Stories, User Requirement Specifications, System Requirement Specifications, Configuration Specifications, User Manuals, and Release Notes.
- Continuously review and update documentation to reflect evolving functionality in each module, ensuring clarity, completeness, and the removal of ambiguity.
- Support engineering and QA teams by resolving uncertainties, addressing questions, and evaluating feasibility considerations when needed.
- Deliver internal product demonstrations to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into refined requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members to ensure understanding of iClean workflows and processes.
- Provide cross-team support to stakeholders from other product lines in the Chennai/Bangalore office who require functional information related to validation solutioning.
Requirements
- Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceuticals, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in the software industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
- Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical compliance and regulations.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical software solutions.
