Facilitate discovery workshops and map current-to-target processes across Product, Engineering, and QA. Define workflows, issue structures, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting. Align requirements with GitHub, CI/CD, and test tools; support UAT, adoption, governance, and traceability. Enable AI use cases and lead functional training and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops across Product, Engineering, QA
- Map current vs target processes across:
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Mural, Confluence
- Define requirements for:
- Workflows, issue structures, dashboards, reporting
- Align requirements with GitHub, CI/CD, testing tools (TestRail, Playwright, Selenium)
- Support product discovery integration (Jira Product Discovery, Mural)
- Enable AI use cases aligned with MCP, AI DLC, Copilot, Bedrock
- Support UAT, validation, and stakeholder alignment
- Translate workflows into user-friendly processes and training materials
- Lead functional training sessions for Product, Engineering, QA teams
- Support UAT and adoption validation
- Ensure workflows are usable and understood by business teams
- Define reporting requirements (KPIs, dashboards, portfolio views)
- Capture governance and compliance requirements
- Ensure workflows support traceability across planning → delivery → testing → release
- Validate reporting during UAT and adoption
