Business Analyst, Procurement

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be based in Chennai, India. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Procurement. Watch “Culture is our Passion” to learn more about us.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Work with the Purchasing / Project team to understand the business process and identify system needs.
• Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents.
• Initiate and lead the system development projects to meet new requirement or to improve current process. Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and Internal teams.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of ERP systems Oracle, NetSuite, SAP Ariba etc,
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

• Graduate with (3-5) years of experience as Business Analyst preferably from Supply Chain background.

• Experience working with Anaplan and NetSuite as End User.
• Proficiency in procurement analytics, creating Power BI Dashboard (Spend Analysis, Budget Analysis, Procurement Forecasting).
• Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong data analysis skills required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexible to work in US time zone.
