Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform complex data queries, extraction, and reporting using SQL.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate actionable insights using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and other reporting platforms.
Billing & Accounting Support
- Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and billing procedures in collaboration with the Accounting team.
- Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with internal policies.
- Apply basic accounting principles to support financial workflows and reporting.
Documentation & Process Management
- Develop and maintain business documentation, reports, and process manuals.
- Edit and format PDFs professionally to meet company standards.
- Organize financial and operational records for efficient access and retrieval.
Client Interaction & Onboarding
- Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Support client onboarding and ensure seamless integration into company operations.
- Translate client needs into actionable product features and workflows.
Automation Skills
- Implement automation solutions using VBA, Power Query, and other relevant tools to improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Design process flows and business diagrams using Visio; create presentations in PowerPoint.
- Support integration projects and day-to-day operational requests from stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a business analysis, product, or operations role.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and integration initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial systems, databases, and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with SaaS products and financial data handling is a plus.
