Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research to gather relevant data, and synthesizing this information to propose effective business solutions. You will also assess the current state of operations and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the proposed future state aligns with both business objectives and technological capabilities. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions, ultimately driving organizational success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. -Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MDM initiatives, with a focus on Reltio. -Lead the business analysis function for Reltio MDM initiatives across multiple domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.). -Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements. -Define and document data quality rules, survivorship logic, and match/merge criteria. -Ensure the MDM solution aligns with business objectives and compliance standards. -Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, working collaboratively to optimize integrations. -Create detailed functional specifications and documentation. -Report common sources of technical issues and provide recommendations to the product team. -Communicate key insights and findings effectively to relevant stakeholders. -Continuously monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and suggest improvements for customer value. -Identify process inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and explore tools or automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life sciences - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in creating process maps and business requirement documents. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Reltio. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
