Your responsibilities :

Business Analytics Consultant leads the design and delivery of advanced data solutions to solve complex business problems. This role serves as a strategic partner to service groups and sales & service area, combining deep analytical expertise with strong business acumen. The consultant leads high-impact projects and helps shape data-driven strategies to drive business performance. The role involves conducting in-depth market and internal analyses, identifying opportunities for innovation or improvement.
 

1. Lead complex data analysis projects to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
2. Translate data findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
3. Analyze internal data and performance metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
4. Serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders in Service groups, Sales & Service Areas
5. Design actionable roadmaps to achieve strategic goals
6. Deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and business cases.

What we look for

Master’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Data Science, 

3 ~ 5 years of experience in business analytics, data/management consulting, or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategy frameworks

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in SQL and one or more analytics tools such as Python, R, or SAS(desirable).

Excellent problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
