Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve conducting current state assessments, analyzing customer requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative business solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the Analysis & Design of the solution including running the Process Led Workshops, gathering requirements, identifying Gaps against the 1. Must be able to understand the requirements, functional & technical solution and do development based on the requirements.
- Must have worked in T24 implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Retail/corporate banking process
- Prior experience of writing FSD, TSD, IRD, ITD is must
- Able to manage team members by allocating tasks on daily basis
- Monitor completion status and issues

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have good experience in T24 implementation, customization development.
- Good understanding of Core modules, AA Framework, Extensibility Framework, TAPIs, Hooks, TAFJ, Data migration etc.
- Should have good experience in writing Java routines, Interface development, IRIS, Integration Framework, API Development, Extensibility framework etc.
- Candidate should possess excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Ability to learn new client applications

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Temenos Transact.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- Min 15 years full-time education is required.
