Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions and structures to achieve the vision. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development of business strategies. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire ClaimCenter. - Strong understanding of business architecture principles. - Experience in defining business solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze complex business problems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in enterprise architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
