Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with data integration and migration strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
