Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in defining opportunities to create tangible business value for clients. A typical day involves leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and defining the necessary business solutions and structures. You will also develop business cases to achieve the envisioned outcomes, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness in delivering value. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trade Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and identify opportunities. - Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Finance. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
