The Business Consultant will operate as a Product Owner / Business Analyst supporting cloud migration and lifecycle upgrade programs for enterprise Electronic Bank Account Management (EBAM) platforms. The consultant will bridge functional users and technology teams to capture requirements, define future-state workflows, and ensure seamless migration of account structures, mandate rules, user access models, and approval hierarchies. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate banking processes, bank account governance, mandate digitization, and cloud deployment dynamics.
• Engage treasury, finance, compliance, and bank administration teams to understand existing account structures, mandate workflows, approval chains, and user access models.
• Define functional requirements, migration scope, and future-state EBAM configuration designs for cloud deployment.
• Document workflows for account openings, mandate updates, signatory changes, and approval routing rules.
• Conduct detailed data mapping, role-to-permission alignment, and compatibility analysis with cloud versions.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and regression cycles focusing on mandate lifecycle, access control, digital signature validation, and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and operational continuity during migration activities.
• Support go-live readiness, cutover execution, and post-migration validation of accounts, mandates, and user access.
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer materials, and updated business documentation.
• 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BSA, or Product Owner in treasury, banking, or corporate finance technology domains.
• Strong understanding of bank account management, mandate governance, approval workflows, entitlements, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with EBAM, treasury systems, or financial workflow platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts, migration lifecycle stages, and target operating model implications.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, business rules, data structures, and functional specifications.
• Strong test planning, execution, and defect management skills across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively, facilitate workshops, and drive clarity across teams.
• Proactive, structured, and capable of handling large-scale migration assignments with minimal supervision.
8-12 years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, or product ownership roles within financial systems.
