Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be expected to generate and manage partnerships in the South Asia region. The candidate will be responsible for exploring opportunities to grow the business and establish the brand in the local market.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and grow the partnerships base, develop Strategic partner relations in the region and act as a point of contact for important partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop company's business by establishing strong Strategic Partner relations and Partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth.
- Recruit and introduce new partners to the firm on ongoing basis.
- Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share.
- Approach, source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.
- Hold business trips to meet partners and present company`s products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.
- Have strong ability to achieve KPIs and to able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
- Transferrable book of business in South Asia
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience within financial markets in South Asia
- Hunter mentality
- Excellent understanding of financial market and brokerage business.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory regime and policies.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Keep positive work attitude and dedication at work.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi
