Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This results-driven individual will play a critical role in creating and nurturing sales opportunities through proactive outreach and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with DATAMARK's overall goals and objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
- Business Development Manager (BDM) familiarity with CRM platforms is Mandate.
- Prior experience in Cold Calling (Primary Channel), Email Outreach, Research-Based Personalization, Call Scripts and Messaging, Discovery Questions.
- Should have experience in handling international client (US, UK, APAC, EMEA)
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for growth expansion.
- Sales Strategy Development: Business Development Manager (BDM)must have experience into Industry Analysis, Lead Sources, Lead Qualification Criteria and Decision Maker Identification
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Client Development, and Operations teams to ensure a unified approach to business development efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development performance metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent DATAMARK, network with potential clients, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Shift: US based shift timings (Night Shift)
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Business Development Manager (BDM) should have experience with BANT Qualification, Lead Scoring System, Nurturing Campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
- Networking Abilities: Proficient in networking to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Experience working as part of a team but also able to operate independently and make critical decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and analytical tools to track performance and inform decision-making.
