About the job

We’re looking for a Business Development Operations Contractor who will play a critical role in supporting the operational processes for our advertising, API and other revenue related products. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-sales and once deals are closed - managing deliverables, coordinating with clients, and tracking campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising Operations: Coordinate post-sale activities for ad campaigns, including banner ads, sponsored content (e.g., deep dive articles), and social media ads.


1. API Operations: Manage post-sale API onboarding, coordination, and client support.

2. Client Liaison: Communicate with clients (via Email, Telegram, etc.) to confirm specs, timelines, and next steps.

3. Performance Reporting: Create and deliver ad campaign performance reports.

4. Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (content, design, sales, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Requirements

1. Crypto Familiarity: You understand basic crypto terms, trends, and communities.

2. Operational Skills: Some experience in operations or a related field, with a mindset for efficiency and detail.

3. Client-Centric: Clear communicator who builds trust and keeps clients informed.

4. Ad Knowledge: Awareness of digital ad formats, common performance metrics, and industry jargon
