What We'll Bring:
This will be a key role to own business engagement, pipeline building and management, work prioritization, reporting, business communication, PR&Marketing, bot value management and implementation of agile development best practices
What You'll Bring:
This role will own the work pipeline of the IA team, including pipeline building, , value based prioritization and tracking adherence to agreed delivery timeline.
The role will also help setup a robust metrics & measurement system and manage the reporting and stakeholder management needs
The role will guide the solutioning teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to business problems and make sure the solution is facilitating effective development and delivery of bots
The role will also own Marketing and Public Relations and ensure the IA success stories are made visible to the rest of the organization.
The role will setup a business engagement plan for the team and ensure all business teams are engaged through regular connects and follow up on effectiveness of solution delivered and ensure timely closure of business requests, conduct workshops to publicize the IA capability and solutions offered.
Impact You'll Make:
10+ years experience in business engagement, product management, agile best practices with great communication skills ,ownership and drive to grow the team's pipeline and strengthen the team's delivery
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
