Business Execution Consultant - Business Analytics

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.
We are seeking a technically skilled and strategic Business Execution Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development, Python programming, and machine learning technologies. This role will lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions, integrate advanced analytics into business workflows, and drive the adoption of BI tools to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In addition to technical delivery, the consultant will support the seamless execution of cross-functional business initiatives, aligning teams and resources to strategic goals, and enhancing operational efficiency through data and technology-led transformation
In this role, you will:

• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
• Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
• Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
• Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
• Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
• Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
• Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
• Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Integrate Python-based analytics and machine learning models into business workflows to enable intelligent decision-making
• Drive adoption and effective use of BI tools to deliver actionable insights and support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of low-code tools and deliver data-driven insights through advanced BI and ML capabilities
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and performance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to track KPIs and project milestones

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in building and deploying ML models
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Familiarity with data management platforms, APIs, and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in process optimization or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
