As an Analyst in the Senior Country Business Manager (SCBM) Office, you will be central to our operations, coordinating with various departments to maintain compliance and drive new business initiatives. Your work will ensure smooth communication between teams and support our business growth plans. This position is vital for maintaining our market presence and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate Location Management/Operating Committees and subcommittees.
- Establish and maintain an effective governance structure in partnership with Compliance/OTS.
- Maintain dialogue and partnership with LOB and functional BMs, providing on-ground support.
- Collaborate with location resiliency and real estate strategy teams.
- Partner with Location Compliance to manage regulatory requests and exams.
- Maintain relationships with the Regional Control Team and other support functions.
- Drive new business initiatives with a strong understanding of product offerings and market landscape.
- Support business growth plans with appropriate strategies.
- Oversee incident management.
- Liaise with regional support teams to ensure good governance.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Detail-oriented in legal and document reviews.
- Ability to implement and manage changes effectively.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel).
