Business Operations Manager II

The RoleWe are looking to hire a driven Business Operations Manager, with main focus being Business and Revenue Operations, to maximize our Automotive Solutions business operating capabilities, overseeing our strategy, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.The Business Operations Manager will collaborate with the Automotive Solutions Leadership Team to execute business strategies (annual & quarterly business planning and communications), support Product Managers with creation of busines cases (in close collaboration with Finance), manage our operations (operations & business reviews), and guarantee customer retention (revenue & profitability analysis for end customers and partners).You will play a pivotal role in managing the Automotive Solutions budget and execute strategies to grow our business. 

Responsibilities:The role has a key impact on our planning and operations, enabling fact-based management, helping our business to grow and the management of our profitability.

Typical assignments include:

• Preparation of analyses and reports related to our business performance and key metrics, using different data sources and contributors and reporting on these in our monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Managing and owning selected continuous activities, related to our Business Operations, building plans and seeing them through across our teams. Examples would be profitability analysis, usage analysis and preparation of internal communications.
• Ensuring that our key processes are monitored and improved, and drive improvements in our ways of working.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to the assignments, with executive summary and relevant details in an easy to digest form.

• To be successful in the role, you have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations or business analysis
  • Project management skills to make and execute plans with demonstrated success
  • Hands-on experience on driving projects both small and large and using collaboration tools such as confluence
  • Ability to work with systems, such as Jira, Tableau, analysis with Excel, and ability to quickly learn more
  • Your character combines high motivation and self-initiative with collaborative working style
  • Your English communication skills, both written and spoken, are fluent
  • Outstanding skills in creating presentations distilling the essential from complexity
