Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that the business needs are accurately represented and met through effective process design and implementation strategies. You will engage in user and task analysis, facilitating discussions that lead to innovative solutions and improvements in business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
