You will also participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of new technologies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through well-structured documentation and process design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
