We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Automation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business units to identify automation opportunities, redesign business processes, and implement intelligent workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops and document current and future-state business processes.
- Model business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Configure workflow solutions, forms, notifications, business rules, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support solution deployment.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into business processes, including document processing, decision support, and knowledge automation.
- Monitor workflow performance and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams on integrations and solution delivery.
- Deliver user training and support business adoption of automation solutions.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Workflow Automation, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience modelling business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Experience implementing workflow automation or low-code solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Flowable
- Camunda
- Microsoft Power Platform
- REST APIs and system integrations
- AI-enabled business processes
- Agile delivery methodologies
- Jira or Azure DevOps
- Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services environments
