We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in the field of Salesforce Health Cloud. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our Salesforce practice, driving digital transformation across various industries, with a special focus on healthcare. Our firm looks to leverage your innovative thinking and leadership to develop cutting-edge business solutions that leverage AI and Analytics to deliver maximum value to our clients.
The candidate will be part of our Salesforce Expertise practice. As a Salesforce expert, the candidate will draw on their skills and experience to lead defining salesforce related business solutions/sales plays; work with team(s) to develop ZS capabilities (including: selling collateral and assets/accelerators/demos); and take the offerings to ZS' client to convert to real opportunities, supporting the entire lifecycle of engagements. To do so, you will need to deeply understand customer requirements, understand the salesforce.com ecosystem and work closely with functional specialists to develop innovative, cutting-edge business solutions leveraging AI/Analytics to maximize the value to our clients. You will work closely with functional specialists to develop creative business solutions, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients.
What You'll Do
  • End-to-End Delivery Management:
    • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring projects stay within expected timeframes and budgets.
    • Review application and technical design documents, ensuring they follow Salesforce best practices and integrate effectively into the client's infrastructure.
    • Team and Capability Development:
    • Develop team skills and collaborate to create accelerators and assets that enhance our service offerings to clients.
  • Offerings and Business Development:
    • Collaborate with ZS and industry experts to define integrated programs and offerings, taking them to market with the client service teams.
    • Lead large-scale business development and delivery engagements, especially in the Healthcare sector.
  • Mentoring and Coaching:
    • Provide on-the-job feedback and coaching to team members and actively participate in the counseling and mentoring of junior consultants within the organization.
  • Solution Architecture and Design:
    • Collaborate with healthcare organizations to understand their business needs and design customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
    • Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
  • Technical Guidance and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration patterns.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree with major in Computers or Electronics.
  • 10+ years' of overall professional experience; with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a professional services firm.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect, designing and implementing solutions for healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including platform configuration, Visual Force, Lightning, Workflows, Apex, and AppExchange.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare data models and HIPAA regulations.
  • Proficiency in shaping, providing consulting, building & implementing solutions using Salesforce cloud offerings.
  • Good understanding of DevOps as they apply to Salesforce, including various methodologies and tools such as Salesforce DX.
  • Active Salesforce Certifications Architect is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
  • Proficiency in using MuleSoft and familiarity with other Salesforce cloud offerings like Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Working experience with Salesforce.com organization to leverage the ecosystem.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of motivation, excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and executive-level presence and communication.
