Job require 50% travel to different cities in the territory for better coverage and meeting sales targets
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent university qualification)
10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills
Proven experience managing key accounts (preferred)
Relevant scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or related fields)
Demonstrated analytical thinking and business orientation with a consistent performance record
Solid understanding of the business landscape and regional geography
