About the Role
As a Campus Recruitment Coordinatorat IMC India, you will be the cornerstone of our early talent hiring efforts and often the first point of contact for students considering a career at IMC. You'll help deliver an outstanding candidate experience, coordinate high-impact events, and ensure smooth execution of the full recruitment process across India's top universities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and global teams in Sydney, Amsterdam, and Chicago, as we continue to grow our presence on campuses across the region.
What You'll Do
  • Own and deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all campus candidates.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for campus recruitment activities - including on-site and virtual interviews, assessments, and events.
  • Manage on-campus engagements, including career fairs, tech talks, workshops, and IMC branding initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing team at universities, student societies, and faculty to build long-term relationships and promote IMC's brand on campus.
  • Release offer letters of interns and graduates, maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of marketing collateral and recruitment materials.
  • Collaborate with global recruitment teams to share ideas, align strategies, and continuously improve processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in recruitment logistics.

What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in campus or early careers recruitment (internship or professional experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours during peak campus seasons.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Energetic, motivated, and passionate about delivering a world-class candidate experience.
