Capital Market Business Analyst-BPS

Execute UAT / system testing / parallel runs between Aladdin and legacy systems • Perform daily reconciliations (positions, trades, pricing, FX, benchmarks) • Investigate and resolve data breaks; perform root‑cause analysis • Document defects, track fixes, and provide retesting support • Validate P&A outputs (returns, contributions, benchmarks) • Work closely with onshore teams for issue triage and reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions. • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and test cases to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. • Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of software solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document pricing strategies, FX calculations, market data requirements, and derivatives instruments. • Participate in defect analysis and resolution, working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
