This role involves executing data migration, validating historical accounting data, identifying anomalies, and ensuring financial integrity across clients while collaborating with various teams.
Execute data migration from clients' previous fund admin systems and financials into Hanover Park's platform. • Process, transform and validate historical accounting data to ensure it can be interpreted correctly by our system. • Identify and flag data anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with US-based operations, fund accounting and engineering teams to improve the migration workflow. • Participate in quality control reviews to ensure consistent financial integrity across clients. • Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities as migrations scale. • Become a subject matter expert on Hanover Park's technology stack and accounting workflows. • Support the buildout of our in-person overseas office by modeling excellent execution, culture, and collaboration as one of the early team members.
