How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More about this role
The Car Fleet Advisor role is a part of the People Experience Team that is responsible for the end-to-end people service delivery processes. This team works with People Managers and Employees, driving self-service and optimizing the employee experience across the 'moments that matter'.
Responsibilities:
Organization of car fleet including:
- Allocating new joiners/promotions a car.
- Arranging the return of a leaver's car.
- Administration of cars, legal and internal documents, coordinating with leasing provider, updating and checking data, handling car fines.
- Managing local policies, car fleet related articles and promoting self-service for car-related queries.
- Liaising with People Team/Leads for updates, organization announcements and sensitive topics.
- General support and queries.
- Managing local pool car reservations/ maintenance & tyre changes.
Car Fleet Operations
- Regular operational reviews, solving operational queries ; Issues, escalations from 3rd party
- Decisions on car reallocations: ensuring surplus cars are optimized, matching surplus cars with Company car and perk car drivers needs
- Maintaining accurate Fleet database (monthly)
- Sharing new starter eligibility
- Receive files and sending to payroll (can be more than 1 element) monthly
- Check payroll files monthly
- Timely forwarding of all employee related fines
- Car Fleet related payments management
Public transport benefit:
- Coordinating with vendor and procurement, admin, approval of requests and invoicing. Employee center article updates and general queries & support on the topic.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Previous working experience in a global organization in an international context
- Experience working with variety of stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
- Proven experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity wit car fleet related topics is a plus
- Excellent command of English & German (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer centric attitude & drive for results.
Work schedule:
- full-time role in a hybrid model
