JOB PURPOSE

Lead all Foods Category Growth (Cooking Aids and Condiments) with Walmart (Key Mx Retailer Partner), through a Team of 3 Category Executives and 1 Space Planner to bring delicious taste to different Food Occasions, on the Shelf.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Category Growth Management and Executional Excellence

  • Drive Market Development and Deployment of the “End to End” Strategies im partnership with Walmart , leveraging Deep Market Analysis (Nielsen, Kantar, Others) and Shopper Insights.
  • Lead and Mentor the Category Executives and Planner Team, ensuring alignment to Category, Shopper and Customer Priorities, Capability Building and Operational Excellence (5s / 6s Steps of Category Process).
  • Oversee and Guarantee Solid Data Decision Outcome regarding, Assortment Optimization and Shelf Placement Strategic Plans across All Customer’s Banners, based on Quarterly and Actively Review, working hand-in-hand with our Top Customer.
  • Synchronizes a Short – Mid Horizon (2- 3 Y) Category Business Planning Process with Agreed Cross Functional KPIs/Targets (both Quantitative and Qualitative).
  • Foster High Impact Partnership with Customer Stakeholders, to unlock mutual growth opportunities.

Data Literacy and Selling

  • Translate Complex Data Set into Actionable Insights, integrate multiple sources to inform business decisions.
  • Design and Deliver Strategic Storytelling, that connects insight to actions, enhancing influence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and Validate Growth Hypotheses, testing New Ideas and Identifying emerging trends, that cand shape future category strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience and Skills

  • At Least +5 Year Experience Working with FMCG, ideally Food Sector.
  • Show Experience Leading Direct or Indirect Reports and Influencing Senior Levels.
  • Demonstrated Experience in Trade/Customer Marketing designing and executing Commercial Strategies
  • Proven Track Record working with Modern Trade Self Service Stores, Ideally Walmart.
  • Analytics, Driven Business Performance, Effective Communication, Negotiation as Skills Desired.

Knowledge

  • Blue Yonder (POG Software),
  • Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI (Working Knowledge)
  • Kantar, Nielsen Answers, Retail Link, Scintilla (Basic Knowledge)
  • English Advanced
