As a Channel Account Manager for Workvivo, you'll identify, empower, and foster channel partnerships in the region. We are looking for someone equally passionate about identifying new partnerships as they are about growing that partnership through lifecycle stages of onboarding, enablement, pipeline generation and closing revenue. About the Team

Responsibilities

  • Execute on global partner strategy in the US that includes managing focus partners, recruiting new partners and growing indirect sales revenue in the North America region

  • Identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand market share and lead them through channel lifecycle till revenue generation

  • Creating and driving business plans with strategic partners to identify rewarding sales activities and business opportunities using MDF

  • Pipeline Ownership & Forecasting - Own a partner-sourced revenue target, and report on pipeline, progress, and KPIs regularly. Run forecast calls with partners holding them accountable to their monthly, quarterly and annual commits as per their JBPs

What we’re looking for

  • Possess 6+ years of relevant experience in SaaS Channel Sales, partnerships or a related role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and proven success in driving sales strategies

  • Have a network of relevant partners with US presence (VARs, consultants, tech partners, etc.) who sell complimentary solutions to Workvivo, like productivity, project management and cloud solutions

  • Have the ability to build relationships with and strongly influence C-Level decision makers at partner companies

  • Proven success driving revenue through a partner ecosystem including but not limited to VARs, cloud marketplaces, GSIs and referral partners

  • Familiarity with U.S. mid-market and enterprise sales motions through partners

  • Be able to create and deliver compelling presentations, joint business plans and partnership pitches

  • Possess clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity applied through technology

  • Be able to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and dynamic environment with mutual respect and empathy for global cultures being at the center of it all

  • Have a lively, collaborative and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to perform and get things done.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$128 600,00

Maximum:

$257 300,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
