Why We Need You:
We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as our CEO’s strategic right hand focused on driving execution, alignment, and scale across the company. In this high-impact role, you’ll orchestrate mission-critical priorities, represent our CEO in key forums, and lead transformative initiatives from fundraising to AI-first operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive company-wide alignment by orchestrating cross-functional priorities and keeping the organization laser-focused on its most critical strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the CEO’s trusted proxy by representing them in high-stakes meetings, key communications, and pivotal decisions.
- Lead high-impact special projects, from fundraising readiness and strategic partnerships to steering our AI-first transformation.
- Build scalable processes that boost operational efficiency and ensure seamless internal alignment across teams.
- Shape and manage board, investor, and executive communications to drive clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Your Working Experience:
- 5–10 years of proven success in growth-stage startups or strategic/operational leadership roles.
- Exceptional communicator and analytical problem-solver, known for earning trust at the highest levels.
- Energized by fast-paced, high-growth environments and adept at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity.
