Processes US Workers’ Compensation medical claims by verifying insurance, reviewing payments against fee schedules and PPO contracts, retrieving medical records and invoices, preparing claim packets or appeals, and following up with insurers by phone. Maintains accurate documentation, performs data entry while communicating with clients and payers, manages high work volumes, and coordinates timely reimbursement under limited supervision.

Work Location: Thoraipakkam
Work Timings: 06.30PM-03:30AM
Relevant Exp: 0-2 years
Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Open to Freshers
Any experience working in a US healthcare BPO voice process or similar is recommended.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Open to Night shift
